The Race To Claim My Scalp!

There are two entities who are going all out to claim my scalp. You would ask me the cardinal question: "Who are those entities?" Alas, you honestly do not know?
These two entities are firstly, Death, and the second is "The Rapture".
Death has a claim over us because of our terrible blunder in the garden of Eden. There we sold our birth rights to the Big Snake, called the Dragon in the book of Revelation. He used three of our characteristics to deceitfully wrest our rights and authority from us. Scripture tells us that there was a discussion held in the garden of Eden some time back. This discussion between Satan and our mother Eve ended disastrously for us. We lost our authority and right to govern here on earth. The big Snake called the Dragon used deceit to agitate our curiosity, appetite for forbidden fruit and desire for power equal to our Creator. Our mom did not consider the fact that she was already in the image and likeness of her Creator and that her Creator had given her power and authority second to his in the whole of creation. The Dragon hid from her that allowing her desires for the forbidden fruit to be agitated was tantamount to treason. That her acceding to those agitated desires for the forbidden fruit would be like committing harakiri. We lost all three godly elements that we initially had from creation; glory of God, authority and power to replenish the earth.
We were also banished from the garden forever. A flaming sword and two cherubbims were commissioned to guard that garden of Eden after our banishment. We were stripped of all our important possessions, we were stripped of our glory and left stark naked. It is our Creator who designed clothes for us and covered our sin riddled nakedness. The first living sacrifice killed on behalf of mankind was that animal Jehovah slaughtered in order to cover our nakedness with its skin.
Since our Creator warned us that if we transgressed his commandment, "thou shalt not eat of the fruit of this tree!" we shall surely die. Die we did, first spiritually and then naturally.
Since redemption was provided for us through Jesus Christ, we were given a reprieve and a way of escape. Redemption through Jesus Christ. Jesus has thus promised his redeemed that not all of them shall taste of death. Some of the redeemed are going to be ruptured.
Hence, the living are faced by a two horse race between the horse called death and the second one called Rapture. So then, of the two, who is going to claim your scalp?
Alas, the horse called Death claimed the most prized possession I ever had, my beloved parents, Matthew Marishili and his wife, my mother, Evelyn Kamane Meambo/Myambo.
Who then of the two is going to win the race for the coveted prize, my scalp? Death or Rapture?
In the interim, I'm running my race with patience looking unto Jesus the Author and finisher of my faith.
